By accessing or using the Currentix Craft website, catalog, or courses, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3. Purchases & Access

• Prices are shown in USD and may change. Taxes may apply.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full card details.
• Courses include lifetime access for the purchasing account, subject to these Terms.
• Seat purchases for teams grant a license per seat purchased.

4. Refunds

Within 14 days of purchase and before consuming more than 30% of content, you may request a refund. We may offer an exchange to a different course if preferred.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not share account logins or redistribute course materials without permission.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content in community areas.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, text, checklists, and brand elements of Currentix Craft, is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are educational. Use tools responsibly and follow safety guidance. We do not guarantee specific build times or outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Currentix Craft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
